Delete Your OneTalk Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your OneTalk account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the OneTalk app on your device.
Go to your Profile tab (bottom right).
Tap the ⋮ menu (top right) → Settings.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile information — name, username, email, profile photo
Videos — all videos you've uploaded
Messages — your chat history and message content
Friends list — all friend connections
Likes, comments, and saved items
Device tokens and push notification data

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is typically removed within 30 days of the request. Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being fully purged.

Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
