Our Commitment
OneTalk is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior on our platform. Our app is designed for users aged 13 and older.
Prevention Measures
- OneTalk is not directed at children under the age of 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- We actively work to detect and prevent the sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform.
- All user-generated content is subject to our community guidelines, which strictly prohibit any content that exploits or endangers minors.
Reporting Mechanisms
- Users can report any content or behavior that involves the exploitation of minors directly within the app using our in-app reporting feature.
- Reports involving child safety are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed promptly.
- Users may also report child safety concerns via email at onetalk.biz@gmail.com.
Enforcement
- Accounts found to be sharing CSAM or engaging in the exploitation of minors are immediately suspended and permanently banned.
- We report all confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
- We comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding child safety.
Cooperation with Authorities
OneTalk cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant regional and national authorities in the investigation of child exploitation. We preserve and disclose information as required by law.
